7-Day Kenya Safari – Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli
Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi → Masai Mara

Your adventure begins with pick-up from Nairobi and a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy a picnic lunch en route before arriving at the Masai Mara for your first game drive in search of lions, elephants, cheetahs, and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay near the reserve.

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara

Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara, Kenya’s most famous game reserve. The vast plains are home to the Big Five, over 250 bird species, and the iconic Mara River, where crocodiles and hippos can be spotted. Picnic lunch in the park and evening relaxation at your lodge/camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara → Nakuru

After breakfast, take an optional visit to a Masai village (extra cost) before departing for Nakuru. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the way and arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight stay in the city.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru → Naivasha

Start the day with a game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingos, rhinos, giraffes, and leopards. In the afternoon, continue to Lake Naivasha, where you’ll relax by the lakeside and enjoy dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Naivasha → Amboseli

In the morning, visit Hell’s Gate National Park, the only park in Kenya where walking and cycling are allowed. Later, travel to Amboseli with picnic lunch en route. Arrive in the evening and, weather permitting, enjoy stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 6: Full Day in Amboseli

Enjoy a full day of game drives in Amboseli National Park. This park is famous for its large elephant herds, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and over 400 bird species. With Kilimanjaro as your backdrop, you’ll have the perfect setting for wildlife photography.

Day 7: Amboseli → Nairobi

After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in Amboseli before returning to Nairobi. Picnic lunch will be served en route. Drop-off at your hotel or airport to conclude your safari.
