ITENARY
Day 1: Arrival – Volcanoes National Park
On arrival into Kigali Airport we will meet our driver/guide for transfer to Ruhengeri where you will be based for the next two nights at gorilla mountain lodge. On arrival, lunch will be served in the lodge, as we check in. Gorilla Mountain View Lodge.
Day 2: Gorilla Tracking at Volcanoes National Park
Today set off early after breakfast for the park headquarters where you will get permit of gorilla trekking. Once assigned a group, have a briefing from your guide you will be driven to the trailhead where you will start the walk. Your trek will take about an hour to five hours to reach the gorillas
The terrain changes as we go deeper from farmland to bamboo forests, into stinging nettles and rainforest before we find the gorillas. Trackers leave before the tourist groups to locate the gorilla groups and once you`ve found the group you will have one hour with them. Make sure you take plenty of photos to keep memories.

Day 3: Kigali Rwanda
Today you will travel from Ruhengeri back to Kigali, a journey of around two hours. On arrival perhaps enjoy a city tour visit the Genocide Memorial Museum which is well worth visiting incase interested in learning more about the history of the genocide and how the country has rebuilt itself since then. Thereafter you will be taken to the Kigali Serena for an overnight stay.

Day 4, 5 & 6: Serengeti National Park
Early this morning you will be transferred to Kigali airport. Fly on Coastal Air ETD 0600hrs to Serengeti and to Seronera airstrip arriving at 1025hrs where your guide will be waiting for you.
Spend the next three days on game viewing in Serengeti undoubtedly one of the best known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value. Venue for the greatest wonders of the world; the annual migration of over one million wildebeest, the park is also renowned for its lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes and plains game.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Breakfast at the lodge before having a mid-morning game viewing as we depart to the famous Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, which features rolling plains, lakes, craters, mountains and dormant volcanoes. En route, stop at Olduvai Gorge Known as the ‘Cradle of Mankind; this is one of the most important prehistoric sites in the world. Lunch at Ngorongoro Serena safari lodge

Day 8: Ngorongoro conservation area
On this second day, descend down the crater Known as ‘the eighth wonder of the world, it’s also one of Africa’s best-known wildlife arenas. It offers a unique biosphere, which has remained virtually unchanged since the dawn of time. Deep within the Crater its enclosed by towering walls, about 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes and forests dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos and lions etc. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge
Day 9: Departure to Arusha
Drive to Arusha this morning arriving for lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Perhaps have some time for shopping on own arrangements before being transferred to Kilimanjaro airport for your International flight. Marking it the end of our safari
